Premiere of the documentary Never a Poet Had So Much to Tell

! - This event/schedule has already happened - !

The filmmaker from Santa Catarina Jorge Baggio, at the head of the production company B7Films since 2014, presents all his love for Florianópolis in his new productions: Never a Poet Had So Much to Tell and Art, Innovation and Sustainability. A premiere of Never a Poet Had So Much to Tell is held in free session at Cinema Room of the Integrated Cultural Center (CIC). With never-before-seen images of the lagoons, beaches and dunes of Florianópolis in the 70s, rescued from 8mm, 16mm and 35mm films, and captured in 24 fps FullHDV format, Never a Poet Had So Much to Tell premieres on February 26th, at 20pm, on CIC. Throughout the 104 minutes of film, the viewer will often find references from great directors, such as Andrei Tarkovsky, Russian filmmaker and author of the work Sculpting Time. The work brings a poetic narrative, but that is not just what makes it unique, but also the broad vision of humanity it presents, showing Florianópolis to the world.
