A Cinematic Session presents Brazilian feature films with the theme Between Edges and Delicacies. The films In the City Where I Grow Old, I Remember More of Crows and A Princesa do Beco e o Lampião Cromado are shown. All sessions are preceded by debate activities starting at 19:20, with the screening of films at XNUMX:XNUMX in the Cinema of the Integrated Cultural Center (CIC). The third and final session is The Princess of the Alley and the Chrome Lamp, by Kurt Shaw and Rita de Cássia Oenning da Silva.

Synopsis: Filmed with the favela community of Recife from the perspective of the children who participated in a documentary workshop there. The North American Kurt Shaw, creator of realization workshops for best childhood practices, co-directs with his Santa Catarina companion Rita de Cássia Oenning da Silva, a researcher with a postdoctoral degree in studies of art, society and culture, working with in the Amazon. Fiction has gained recognition from several festivals and film clubs around the world, being recognized as the Best Feature Film of 2017, awarded by the Subversive Cinema Society in Los Angeles, California.
