The Cine Paredão Project exhibits the film A Cor da Pomegranate, by Soviet director Sergei Paradjanov in 1969. Synopsis of the film: The life, art and ideas of the XNUMXth century Armenian troubadour, Harutyun Sayatyan, known as Sayat Nova (The King of Song). A lyrical and mystical approach, from childhood to death in a monastery, recreated by Paradjanov from the poet's inner world, the trepidations of his soul, his passions and torments. The project Cinema Paredão aims to socialize, exchange and expand various audiovisual manifestations, with alternative and/or independent productions, which generate reflections on cinema as an art in constant modification. Held outdoors, the sessions take place weekly.
