A BADESC Cultural Foundation, in partnership with the Graduate Program in Visual Arts at UDESC, promotes this Saturday (18), the roundtable online "Absent or Invisible Territorialities, How to Think the History of Art and Its Protagonists?". Enrollment is limited and via virtual form. The broadcast starts at 14 pm on the Zoom platform.
The debate seeks to reflect on the presence of women in the History of Art, in addition to questioning not only a certain lack of knowledge about the artists, but also considering the methodological and conceptual, historical, cultural and political issues that are involved in the approaches.
Three debaters participate: the teachers Maria Da Conceicao Francisca Pires, Juliana Crispe e Deborah Pazetto, who will talk about their research and reflect on the topics covered. The mediation will be of the teachers Rosângela Cherem e Thays Tonin.
