The practice of Hatha Vinyasa It is characterized by its dynamism and its fluidity. Created from the meeting of Hatha Yoga to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, seeks to develop in the student endurance, strength, flexibility, respiratory awareness, concentration and vitality.

Using the synchronism of breath with movement, along with the constant and conscious presence of the ujjayi - Whispering breathing, the practitioner often enjoys a meditative state, despite exerting vigorous physical effort.

The fluidity of this practice not only helps the flow of energy throughout the body, but also promotes the release of toxins, through perspiration caused by internal heat. Indicated for people who have willpower and assume this commitment to themselves.
