The musical projects of the Artistic Cultural Department (DAC) of UFSC open registration, with auditions at the Igrejinha of UFSC. the cultural projects UFSC Chamber Orchestra and Madrigal aim to provide potential musicians, who make up the student body at UFSC, with space to develop their artistic-musical potential, helping to promote and disseminate instrumental and vocal music. In addition, they also aim to promote classical and popular music; encourage training and local culture; encourage community participation in the university/society interaction process; and improve the teaching-learning process through the involvement of students in extension activities.
