The Committee for the Democratization of Informatics of Santa Catarina (Cdisc) opens registration for the project learning to program, an introductory course that teaches the programming language na School of Basic Education Rosa Torres de Miranda, from Monday to Friday. Classes start in February, according to the school calendar, and take place in the after-school period, for young people aged between 14 and 20. During the course, participants develop digital games and are trained to enter the technological market. After registration, candidates undergo an interview, where they must prove that they are attending, or have already completed, high school in public schools and a family income of up to 4 times the minimum wage. There is also the project Hands-on, which is the optional continuation of the course. To participate, the student must have passed the first course. In the program, students learn to develop applications for the Android system. Classes take place on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12 pm, at the Business Center for Advanced Technologies (Celta).
