Officially releasing their book, beautiful maternity, the famous chef and television presenter beautiful Gil presents the work in which she tells her own experience as a mother - starting with the decision to have a child until the phase of food introduction, going through pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and taking care of the baby and herself. In addition to an intimate and frank account of her experience, the author also offers recipes, tips and information that were useful to her in this transformative phase. Interviews with professionals from various specialties – nutrition, obstetrics, pediatrics, childcare and psychology – close the chapters with precious guidelines to go through each moment with more tranquility and awareness.
