On Saturday, February 15th, the units of Sesc Santa Catarina simultaneously hold the event Sesc Receives, from 10 am to 17 pm. The day is full of well-being, mood and joy, with free activities for all ages.
The objective is to create an opportunity for people to get to know Sesc's structure better, the benefits and the quality of its services in the areas of Education, Health, Culture, Leisure e Assistance.
Among the activities offered are: gym classes, experiences in the new Hiit modality – short high-intensity interval training, pilates, open gym with Multifunctional Training challenges, games, recreation and arts workshops, educational games, sports circuits, nutrition actions, health tests, quick massage sessions, workshops e guidances about courses.
Also part of the event, artistic performances, movie sessions, experimental music lessons, dance e ,, reading wheels, storytelling in libraries, visitation to Sesc Schools, among other activities. For those over 60, there will be Offices and experiences with guidance on the use of computers and smartphones. In addition, the Units with a restaurant offer a daily menu of feijoada.
