The event encourages the practice of physical activities, provides well-being and quality outdoor entertainment. The activities take place on the beaches of Canasvieiras (Florianópolis), Pinheira (Palhoça), Meia Praia (Itapema), Molhe Central (Balneário Piçarras), Praia da Enseada (São Francisco do Sul) and Praia do Mar Grosso (Laguna), from 8:30 a.m. to 20 pm
The entire program is free and has musical shows, movie sessions for all the family, sports festivals, gym and multifunctional training classes board games, health education actions, massage therapy, nutritional guidelines, workshops with different themes, recreation, games for all agesInter other activities.
