Starting with the name that comes from the Didgeridoo, an ancestral aboriginal instrument that is the oldest in humanity. The decoration includes cultural elements from the country. The project combines the best of Steakhouse cuisine with the relaxation of a good pub. The welcome, provided by people who like people, provides each client with a truly remarkable experience in a complete night. The menu is very different. Using European breeds such as Angus and Hereford, the meat is carefully selected and prepared. It also has a wide variety of Fingerfoods (to eat with your fingers) and Pork Ribs (a pork rib that takes more than 30 hours of pre-preparation).
