Every Tuesday at happy hour from Choperia Bayer Bier has a special promotion: when you order a complete rustic potato and two Pilsen draft beer, you get two more of the same draft beer. Since 2016, the brewery has been in a cozy and differentiated house, maintaining the tradition of the original brewery founded by João Bayer, in the 20s, in Tijucas; and which closed its doors in the 60s. Rescued by the Füllgraf family, in Florianópolis, it reestablishes the Bayer tradition and way of making and selling beer. Bayer Bier values the quality and experience of its connoisseurs through its delicious beers: Dourada (Pilsen), Tijucas (Weiss), Indiana (Pale Ale), Guarany (Vienna) and Nacional (Helles) and 20 different draft beers.
