Confraria Chopp da Ilha maintains the essence of the bar for 9 years with the decor, the various options of cachaça and delicious snacks. The bar opens at happy hour and closes with lots of live music of the most varied styles. The house is famous for its tasty Brahma beer, which arrives at the counter at the perfect temperature, between 0ºC and 3ºC, accompanied by a creamy collar, at least 2,5 cm thick. It seems an exaggeration such a big collar, but the real thing is like this. The bar is a four-time champion of the Colarinho de Ouro/AmBev-SC.
