A My Gym Floripa opens its doors in December and January to get children moving in a healthy way. In the summer camp, various activities are developed, such as group games and games, recreational adventures, acrobatics and manual activities. The objective is to awaken healthy habits among children and a taste for physical activity with appropriate stimuli for each age group. The little ones have fun while they acquire strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility.
The classes, which change weekly, are produced by medical physiologists and psychologists and are in line with the advancement of studies in the area of child development. The gym layout changes as often, with new toys and equipment.
