O Solar Iyengar Yoga offers a modality of yoga courses for children. The practice intends to stimulate the knowledge of ethical and moral values fundamental to coexistence in society through mythological stories that arouse attention and curiosity. Thus, themes such as beings of fauna and flora, human figures such as ancient warriors who fought for noble and wise causes that inhabit our planet are worked on. In addition to knowing these principles, the little ones also learn posture practices that encourage them to take care of their own body.
