O Children's Cineclub of the Integrated Cultural Center (CIC), presents another special session with national short films. This time, the following titles are displayed: Cloth Puppet, by Deuilton Barboza Junior, which tells the adventure of a rag doll who, after coming to life, discovers he also has feelings. Balu, by Paula Gomes shows us that the best friend of the boy protagonist of the films is Baloo, a stray dog. But his mother doesn't allow the dog to stay at home. One day Baloo mysteriously disappears. In search of his lost friend, the boy will discover the world around him. As Pintas, by Júnior by Cleide Ramos, illustrates how to deal with the fears and feelings aroused by those unknown, strange and even frightening environments encountered by the child in a hospital, health center or doctor's office? Inspired by Le Ballon Rouge (1956) by Albert Lamorisse, The Little Blue Balloon by Fauston Silva, tells the story of a little girl who comes from the countryside to live with her aunt, but never receives affection and ends up becoming the house servant. She lives sad until her encounter with a simple blue balloon turns into a magical friendship. The animation The Piano, by Marcelo Bala and Andrea Pesek, accompanies a boy carries a piano in his pocket. It shows the artist as someone who reveals the beauty hidden in cracks, in remote corners, in nature, and who catalyzes all this in the form of music. Pierre and the Backpack from IuliGerbase, introduces us to Pierre, a 10-year-old boy, who moves to his grandfather's house after his mother abandoned him. At the new high school, Ana, Elisa and Fauna, three very stubborn girls, will help him stay happy while they prepare their project for science class: a musical about the inventions of Tomas Edison.
