O Shortcup Film Festival - The Cup of Shorts celebrates its 5th year, taking place for the second time in the same year as a Football World Cup, in which its structure and constant emotion inspired us to create this festival. As in a World Cup there is a competition, in shortcup she is between movies. Whoever chooses the winning short film is the public by voting for each group of films that will be distributed over 4 days. The goal is to democratize and expand the number of spaces for exhibition and debate on the contemporary audiovisual scenario.
