Registration for the world race is open until April 20 at 21 pm Wings for Life World Run brings together athletes of all levels to offer solidarity and support to those who cannot run. The event takes place simultaneously in 39 other cities around the world and all of its income goes to the foundation Wings for Life, which funds research seeking to cure spinal cord injuries. The competition in Brazil has as its ambassador the Paralympic athlete Fernando Fernandes. The race takes place on the 4th of May.
