The announcement of the new selection of the Michelin Guide 2020 takes place next Friday (25). The event, which this year will be broadcast online, will feature recipes and tips from some special chefs: Katia Barbosa, from Aconchego Carioca; Elia Schramm, from Pici Trattoria; and Nello Cassese, by Cipriani, along with the Belmond's team. The free broadcast will be on Official Youtube channel, from 18h.
In virtual format, the ad will connect France and Brazil: from Paris, Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin Guide, and of Copacabana Palace, in Rio de Janeiro, Didi Wagner, will present the ceremony, which will reveal the starred restaurants of the new selection.
