The 11th live of the project by Victor Meirelles Museum (Ibram/Secult/MTur) “Speaking of Museums – a chat between Florianópolis museums and their professionals” will be streamed for free at 18pm on Wednesday October 13, 2021, on the museum's YouTube channel. The theme will be TAMAR South Project Foundation, with the guest Daniel Wagner Rogerio, manager of the project's Visitors Center. The mediation is by the MVM museologist, Rafael Muniz de Moura.
Among the topics for dialogue are the TAMAR Project, the creation of the Visitors Center in Florianópolis, the team, environmental awareness and education activities, research, protection and management of sea turtles, the animal rehabilitation center rescued and the challenges in the pandemic. Fundação Projeto Tamar has been working on the Brazilian coast since the 80s, promoting the recovery of sea turtles and developing research, conservation and social inclusion actions.
