Sponsored by the coordinator of the Solar, Mauricio Calil, the class will be used for participants to practice postures, aiming at relieving mental stress and increasing vitality. The Iyengar Yoga method was developed by BKS Iyengar, being a peculiar way of performing the postures and using vital breathing - pranayama - which aim to bring the practitioner possibilities to deal with the adversities and urgencies of the modern world.
