O Solar Iyengar Yoga offers one Saturday a month Yoga themed class which gives participants the opportunity to further develop their skills and refine their posture. The themes seek to explore the preservation of the structures that make up our physical body, increasing the psychological and physical effects, in addition to prolonging the effects of practice. The activity strengthens the organism as a whole, generating more disposition and increasing the capacity for perception and reflection. Next meetings: 07/06 with Mauricio Calil.
