
The canteen brings customers the Sorrentino Veredee from Gruyère to Sauce Romana, a delicious artisanal spinach pasta with durum grain, stuffed with gruyere cheese and basil, wrapped in a sauce of flambéed Italian tomatoes and azapa olives. The ninth edition of the largest gastronomic festival in the world promises to please all tastes and pockets, with discounts between 30% and 50% on at least two days a week at participating restaurants.
