Over the winter, the brotherhood will have six editions - this is the first - and for this season the event's main novelty is the participation of guest chefs; alongside the host chef, the Scotsman alex floyd, the guests will be responsible for creating the starters, and all the dishes of the night will be harmonized with the labels selected by Decanter. In this edition, the special participation is on behalf of the chef Emerson Kim. The event also has other surprises, such as the presence of the plastic artist Luciano Martins that will raffle one of your screens.
