Catarinenses are invited to participate in the event, whose motto is You move and the world moves along. encouraging the regular practice of physical activities. 184 cities joined the event, with the idea of mobilizing 2 million people, and Florianópolis will enter the dispute against the city of Montes Claros, in Minas Gerais. The program starts at 6 am, with several outdoor physical activities, such as slackline, games, gymkhanas, walks, Tai Chi Chuan, among others, but there will be activities in companies, commercial establishments and schools. To participate in the Challenge Day in Florianópolis, it is necessary to perform some physical activity for at least 15 minutes.
