JCI (Junior Chamber International, or International Junior Chamber) - promoter of the event - is a worldwide association of young people from eighteen to forty years old, who seek individual improvement as the basis for the development of their communities.
The contest has as finalists students from Municipal Basic Schools, who present to the public their speeches on a certain topic. To define the big winner of this edition, the judges evaluate young people in terms of their posture, naturalness, expression, visual contact with the audience and textual quality, for example. In all, there will be ten finalists representing their educational institutions.
