The objective of the congress, which takes place between the 29th and 31st of August, is to discuss and reflect on the cultural public policies implemented by public and private bodies, under the theme Modes of Organization and Sustainability in the Theater. Registration for the congress closes on August 21, so states that have not yet prepared must speed up the process. Each state is entitled to five delegates who will have the right to voice and vote in Congress.
