The new Continente Public Market, which will be installed in the deactivated integration terminal in Jardim Atlântico. The bidding is in competition mode, of the best financial offer type, with a minimum bid for occupation of R$ 800,00 per square meter. The lease varies in suit from R$ 60,00 to R$ 80,00 per square meter. Whoever wins the bid will have a concession to use the space for 15 years, renewed for an equal period. Transfer to third parties is not allowed.
