The writer and Executive Carlos Bertolazzi, one of the presenters of the program Men Gourmet, of the Fox Life channel, will launch his book in the State, also participating in a chat followed by an autograph session. In the work, he shows the construction of a chef, from when working in a kitchen was far from his plans, through the decisive moment in which he sets out obstinately in the search for knowledge, until he qualifies and perceives himself able and safe to look in the mirror and see a chef.
