O Multi Open Shopping, the only open-air shopping mall in the southern region of Santa Catarina Island, obtained clarification from the Florianópolis Health Surveillance Board that it is able to operate and serve the public, respecting all hygiene and social distancing measures.
The aforementioned Board confirmed the understanding that Multi Open Shopping, due to its architectural characteristics and the healthiness of the location, best fits as street commerce - due to its open structure and natural air circulation.
All hygiene, social distancing measures, restriction of opening hours and other standards provided for in Municipal Decree no. 21.569/2020 are being strictly followed, in order to guarantee safety and peace of mind for all customers and employees.
Therefore, as clarified by Government Agencies, restaurants can serve the public in person from 11am to 15pm, in addition to collecting products at the counter (takeaway) to delivered until 22pm. On weekends, only collection at the counter is permitted and delivered. In-person service in stores is authorized from 12pm to 20pm. Gyms and cinemas remain closed.
