Fucas' training program offers qualification courses to provide opportunities for young people to enter the job market in the areas of industry and telecommunications. There are 28 places available for young people between 14 and 24 years old; Salaries vary between R$400 and R$660 + Transport and Food Tickets. The workload is between 4 and 6 hours a day, and the apprentice must be attending school if he or she has not completed high school. During the learning process, young people are prepared by a multidisciplinary team made up of educators, psychologists, social workers and pedagogues. During the period in which he is hired, the apprentice must attend the qualification course offered by the company. Entries must be made on the website. If the candidate is summoned, he/she must attend the place with his/her own CPF and ID card and that of the person in charge, work card, proof of residence, certificate of school enrollment and 3X4 photo.
