O Solar Iyengar promotes from 17 to 20 / 7 a special program of practice, meditations and shows related to the Yoga and its philosophy.
With the presence of teachers carla trinidad e Mauricio Calil, the intensive has its schedule defined, going from approximately 8 am to 21 pm, as follows: 17/7 - Opening/Asanas (practice of Yoga postures)/Lunch/Philosophy/Asanas/Dinner. 18/7 - Pranayamas (Yoga breathing practices)/Asanas/Lunch/Lecture on Ayurveda with Adriana Mocker/Asanas/Dinner. 19/7 - Pranayamas/Asanas/Lunch/Philosophical Walk on the History of Wisdom/Dinner/Special Programming - Kirtan: Mantra Chants and Acrobatic Fabric Show. 20/7 - Asanas/Lunch. Participants can choose to participate in all the days of the intensive or just the practices related to the weekends, being able to count, if they wish, with accommodation next to the school.Start: 17/07/2014 11:00
