O Solar Iyengar Yoga offers classes in Restorative Yoga. The activity is indicated for those who suffer from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, mental fatigue, congenital diseases or resistance and low energies. The classes seek to work the organism slowly, prolonging the permanence in the postures and optimizing the use of materials. The goal is to restore physical and mental balance without overloading any part of the body, bringing more health and well being.
