Students from Mercosur Film, Communication and Audiovisual Training Schools can apply, until May 25, in the competition whose task is to produce a short film of three to five minutes in up to 100 continuous hours of production. The event will take place during the 21st Florianópolis Audiovisual Mercosul. Students will also receive lectures on script, editing and sound, as well as general meetings with expert advisors at each stage of production. The finished film works will be shown according to the regulation. Registrations must be carried out individually by each candidate and the organization suggests that the coordinators of the courses support and encourage students to register, considering participation in the Rally as an extension activity and paying for absences on the days of the work.
