O 31st Congrepan (Brazilian Congress of the Bakery and Confectionery Industry), held at the Costão do Santinho resort, is the largest bakery event in Brazil. The theme of this edition of the event is Recipe for Success - Healthy Eating, Innovation and Productivity. There are four days of programming, with the participation of big names in national and international bakery. Two industry events are also included in the schedule: 3rd Congregation and the Inter-American Congress of Bakery and Confectionery (Cipan). More than 900 businessmen from the sector meet to discuss trends, innovations, the future of bakery, among other topics.
