To better explain these methods, Professor Joel Dias Figueira Junior, Arbitrator of the CMAA (Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration ACIF), who was a judge of the TJSC - Court of Justice of Santa Catarina, will give a free lecture, talking about this new moment of justice in the country. Entitled "Arbitration - Model of Justice for the 21st Century”, the lecture is aimed at businessmen and merchants from all segments and is open to the general public. During the event he will also launch his newest book, the 3rd edition of the work “Arbitration”. The event will take place in the auditorium of CDL – Chamber of Shopkeepers of Palhoça on September 09 at 19:30 pm. The lecture is a pre-launch of the IX SECMASC – Seminar on Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration of Santa Catarina, an event renowned in the south of the country and which, after visiting several cities in the state, in 2019 will be hosted by UNISUL – Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, in the city of Pedra Branca in Palhoça, on the 26th and 27th of September 2019.
