the extension program VivaVoz - from the Arts Center (Ceart) da State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) - promotes voice week, an artistic-academic event in line with World Voice Day - celebrated annually on April 16th by the Brazilian Society of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. The event has a certificate of participation and is held on the premises of Udesc's Performing Arts (DAC) and Music (DMU) departments. The schedule includes lectures, shows and experiences around issues related to the diversity of vocal expression, illustrating its various fields - performance, techniques, pedagogy, theoretical studies, health, among others. The objective of the event is to provide students and the community with a diversified program with professionals linked to the voice who live and develop work in the city of Florianópolis, inside and outside the University.
