The Cinematic Session, held at Cinema Room of the Integrated Cultural Center (CIC) begins with the release of the short film wow, by Paula Mendonça and Renata Meirelles. On the identity invisibility of indigenous peoples, the documentary The Native Peoples of Santa Catarina, from the filmmaker Italo Mongconann, an indigenous graduate of the cinema graduation at Ufsc, reveals how the Santa Catarina Indians live and resist nowadays. The project was contemplated by the Futura public notice in partnership with Rede Globo. It will be the first commented exhibition in a movie theater. After the films are shown, the theme extends to the conversation on identity, violence and representation, with the participation of director Ítalo Mongconãnn and Kerexú Yxapyry.
