O mix of gastronomy of Multi Open Shopping, has new features. The first Japanese food operation, the Musume Sushi, will open on Friday (15). In the first few days, the location will be open from 16pm to 22pm, from Tuesday to Sunday.
The oriental food restaurant, owned by partners Tânia Andrade and Elvis Poletto, will offer sushi, uramaki, niguiri, temaki, sashimi, oniguiri, hot dishes, desserts and signature drinks on the menu. Additionally, during weekdays, signature dishes will be served for lunch inspired by Japanese lunch boxes.
The signature dishes of the house were created by Flor&Sal – Cozinha Criativa, with research and signature by chef Fafá Flores. The restaurant team will be coordinated by chef and sushi chef Renato Mansano.
