The unique and unprecedented performance in Florianópolis features songs from the album APKÁ! and songs that marked his career.
Produced by Pupillo and Hervé Salters, the album has 11 tracks with compositions by Céu and new songs by Caetano Veloso and Dinho Almeida (Boogarins), and appearances by Tropkillaz, Seu Jorge and Marc Ribot, guitarist for Tom Waits and Elvis Costello.
On stage, Céu is accompanied by Lucas Martins (bass), David Bovée (guitar), Thomas Harres (drums) and Zé Ruivo (keyboards). The show has musical direction by Pupillo, scenography by Marcos Pedroso, lighting by Marcos Franja and costumes by Tica Bertani and Mauricio Ianês.
With a fifteen-year career, Céu is considered one of the most important artists of her generation. Awarded with two Latin Grammys, four Multishow awards and always well received in the United States and Europe, she moves through different universes ranging from samba to reggae, from jazz to soul.
With five albums released, Céu's music spread around the world on tours that took place at the most renowned festivals in Brazil and the world such as Montreal Jazz Festival (CA), North Sea Jazz (USA), Coachella (USA), Roskilde (DK) , Rock in Rio (BRA) and Lollapalooza (BRA).
