The eighth edition of Street Chefs will be held on July 9th, from 11 am to 19 pm, on Avenida Principal and Praça Espelho D'Água on Passeio Pedra Branca. This edition is themed and will bring together typical foods and attractions, bands and decoration with the Arraiá theme.
To date, around 20 gastronomic operations have been confirmed. So far there are four taprooms: Bruxão Bier, The Liffey Brew Pub, Cerva Chopp and Mansão Luchi; 5 sweet options: Paleteka, I love Cup Cakes, Aero Churros, Feliz Brigadeiro and Dona Beltrana; and 13 food trucks: Monareta Food Bike, Caibas Truck, Tex Mex, Churrastruck, Cometa Pastéis, Best Bit, Fisch and Chips, Espettos, Salgaderia, Black Box Sanduíche, BBQ burger, Dega Risotos and Núcleo Gastronomic da ACIP (pinhão and quentão) . The gastronomic menu includes options such as hamburgers, baguettes, sandwiches, risottos, cornecciones (crispy pizza), pastries, hot dogs, pine nuts, snacks, French crepes, kebabs, churros, cupcakes, brownies, paçoca milkshakes, brigadeiros, Mexican paletas. The musical attractions will be provided by the band Erva Rasteira - formed by a trio and native to Florianópolis, its essence has been playing forró since 1999; and the DBregas Drama Band, with a very varied repertoire of MPB classics from the 60s, 70s and 80s.Start: 09/07/2017 14:00
