the cellist Erico Miranda Schmitt and the Cuban pianist Mohamed Builo Michel present a selected recital of works by Schubert and Lalo. The duo chose a repertoire of varied genres and periods of chamber music. Érico also performs Bach's Suite 6 in D major for solo cello. Érico and Mohamed are colleagues at Udesc on bachelor's degrees. Mohamed is a graduate of the Havana Conservatory and has been a soloist with Ossca. Érico began his career in classical music at the IF-SC Orchestra and plays with Ossca and Camerata Florianópolis. He participated in three editions of Femusc, in Jaraguá do Sul, and the last Festival in Campos do Jordão (SP). The musical direction is by Hans Twitchell, from Ceart/Udesc. The duo comes from a series of three performances in Porto Alegre.
