The return of Florianopolis Camerata to the stages is precisely for a special event: marking the inauguration of the Petry Arena drive-in. The show presented will be the most special Tribute to the Queen. In the repertoire, which will be presented on June 13, starting at 20 pm, are reinterpretations of great classics by the British band: Love Of My Life, Bohemian Rhapsody, I want to break free e We are the champions among other famous songs.
The show, in addition to the musicians of the Camerata Florianópolis, conducted by the maestro Jeferson Della Rocca, the vocalists Daniel Galvao, carla domingues, Rodrigo “Gnome” Mattos e Dudu Fileti, the guitarists Eduardo Pimentel e Renato Pimentel, the bassist Babysitter Junior, the drummer Ginho Bernardes and the percussionist Rodrigo Paiva. The Tribute to Queen began to be prepared at the end of 2018 and was conceived with the same team that for 11 years has presented the orchestra's most successful program, Rock N' Camerata, and aims to pay tribute to the English rock/pop band Queen, bringing to the show some of the biggest hits of the group and that are immortalized in memory. Its premiere was in May 2019. And since then, where it has performed, it has drawn crowds outdoors, as it was at Trapiche on Avenida Beira-Mar Norte, and sold out tickets for all the performances it made at Teatro do CIC .
