Due to his unique style and technique, Thiago Espirito Santo is recognized as one of the most versatile and original double bass players active in the world. Completing 25 years of career, Thiago invites one of the most acclaimed and charismatic jazz musicians today, the American saxophonist Joshua Redman, to this presentation. Thiago's group features Cuca Teixeira on drums, Bruno Cardozo on piano, Daniel Santiago on guitar and with the special participation of Swiss harmonica player, Grégoire Maret. The opening of the night is the Trio 3-63, formed by a flutist, a percussionist and a pianist. With extensive experience on popular, chamber and symphonic music stages and studios, the musicians propose a tour of the legacy of great Brazilian instrumentalists, up to the present day of Brazilian instrumental music.
