Florida Jazz Festival celebrates its tenth edition with a three-day event with concerts by more than 20 artists. The event will take place between January 14th and 16th, with a program that covers the most varied musical styles. For this tenth edition, which marks the return after two years of postponements due to the pandemic, Floripa Jazz reinvented itself. The festival is more dynamic, dividing the presentations between Florida Airport, Jurerê Open Shopping e jazzin. Another novelty is that it will be held for the first time in the summer, offering an alternative of quality music not only to residents, but also to tourists who flock to the city in high season.
And the festival is not just about jazz. From established names to local talents, Floripa Jazz is always open to the most varied genres, no matter the label. Musical approaches of different styles are guaranteed space with Kia Sajo, Skrotes, dandara manoela, Mandale Mecha, MC Versa e smoking beats, among other representatives from pop to rap, through R&B and blues.
