Through elements of contemporary music the Mauê band brings a new translation of traditional rhythms such as Baião, Xote, Coco and Maracatu. Influenced by great masters such as Luiz Gonzaga, Dominguinhos, Mestre Ambrósio, Macaíba and others, they bring in their luggage the Cd Elevar, released in late 2015, and their new work O Baião Transcendental.
