Garden of the Senses it is an enogastronomic and cultural experience in celebration of the anniversary of Florianópolis. Its purpose is to provide a memorable experience — stimulating the senses with typical food, wine, music and culture. The event will start with a welcome sparkling wine and cultural connection at the Theater with an interpretation of a text by Franklin Cascaes. The music is on account of the Jazz Duo Mauro Albert and Sito Lozzi. Florianópolis, which holds the title of UNESCO creative city of gastronomy, celebrates its 346th anniversary on March 23rd. To celebrate the festive date, the sommelière Marcia Amaral and Centro Cultural Nau Catarineta will hold an enogastronomic event inspired by the identity of the City, where the aim is to provide a memorable experience — stimulating the senses with typical food, wine, music and culture.
Starter: Cockle or vegetarian pastries (broccoli, green beans and cauliflower); Main: Dogfish or vegetarian moqueca (vegetables);
Side dishes: Rice and farofa with plantain; Dessert: Pitanga cheesecake.
