As a guitarist, Lucio Yanel performs in several countries in South and North America and Europe. Based in Brazil for 33 years, he is considered one of the foundations of the solo guitar in southern regional music and the guitarist with the greatest production in the history of the Gaucho guitar.
In addition to dedicating himself to regional music from Rio Grande do Sul, the guitarist also met and performed alongside important names in the Argentine music scene such as Mercedes Sosa, Atahualpa Yupanqui and António Tarrago Ross, in addition to having compositions alongside Renato Borghetti, Gaúcho da Fronteira and Luiz Carlos Borges.
