On International Jazz Day, the pianist and composer, Christian Brenner, arrives in Florianópolis to present his show Christian Brenner Unit, in which Brazilian and European rhythms and musicalities merge, resulting in delicate, melodic and incandescent music.
With a career of more than two thousand shows in Paris, the artist is an active member of Parisian jazz and has recorded two successful albums, Influences Mineures (2005) and Le Son de L'Absence (2009). His work is centered on his own compositions and other renowned hits, transmitted with a classic and romantic personal style, which even allows for moments of improvisation and interaction. In this Wednesday's show, Christian plays the piano and will be accompanied by Stephane Mercier (alto saxophone and transverse flute), Arnou de Melo (contrabass), Mauro Borghezan (battery) and Cassio Moura (guitar).Start: 30/04/2014 23:00
