The band DeLorean take the stage of John Bull Florida for an energetic show of eclectic repertoire, honoring the greatest hits from the 1980s to the 2000s.
DeLorean is the car that Doctor Emmett Brown (Cristopher Lloyd) transforms into a time machine in Robert Zemeckis' Back to the Future trilogy, starring Michael J. Fox. At the time of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the first film, released in 1985, singer and founder Luigi Poniwass idealized a band that would work like a time machine. Thus was born the DeLorean Band, in Curitiba. At first, the machine was tuned for the new wave, pop, synthpop and rock of the 80s – when the movie that inspired us was released –, and to this day the band's flagship. But soon we also went through the 90s and 2000s. The repertoire includes hits by idols from those three decades, such as: Michael Jackson, Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, The B-52's, The Pretenders, Bonnie Tyler, Erasure, Oingo Boingo, Depeche Mode, A-ha, Roxette, Billy Idol, Van Halen, Midnight Oil, Ramones, The Cure and Bon Jovi in the 80s
